Restaurant Style Crab Stuffed Mushroom Cap Recipe
You'll look like a gourmet serving this crab stuffed mushroom cap recipe.
- 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 2-3 green onions
- 1 cup shrimp (cut into small pieces)
- 1 can of crab meat
- 1 tsp of salt & pepper
- 24-36 large white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
Remove stems from mushrooms. Mix ingredients together and pipe into mushroom caps
(You may have difficulty piping due to shrimp pieces, if so, just try using a small spoon to stuff caps).
Place on Escargot Plate or on a large cookie sheet. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top (to taste).
Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil (on medium) another 5 minutes for a
nice golden brown top.
Serve as soon as possible.
