Restaurant Style Crab Stuffed Mushroom Cap Recipe


You'll look like a gourmet serving this crab stuffed mushroom cap recipe.

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 2-3 green onions
  • 1 cup shrimp (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 can of crab meat
  • 1 tsp of salt & pepper
  • 24-36 large white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese

Remove stems from mushrooms. Mix ingredients together and pipe into mushroom caps (You may have difficulty piping due to shrimp pieces, if so, just try using a small spoon to stuff caps). Place on Escargot Plate or on a large cookie sheet. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top (to taste).

Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil (on medium) another 5 minutes for a nice golden brown top.

Serve as soon as possible.
