No Bake Cheese Cake Recipe

• 1 envelope of Lemon Pie filling
• 1 container of whipping cream (optional)
• 1 can of crushed pineapple
• 1 package of cream cheese
• 1 graham cracker pie crust

Drain the juice from a tin of pineapple (crushed or crush it)

Make the lemon pie filling using the juice.

Cool and beat in one package of softened cream cheese

Add the minced pineapple

Pour over a graham crust that has been chilled in the freezer

Now, let it set in the fridge. May take up to 4 hours.

Whip one pint of cream and pipe it on or just use the real whip cream in a can!

Optional: Top with toasted coconut
